Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Vjs Aamchi Mumbai, we strive to provide excellent food, service, and customer experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.
Restaurant Bookings
- • Table reservations may require advance booking during busy periods, festive seasons, or special events.
- • If you need to cancel or amend your reservation, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.
- • Deposits paid for special events, large group bookings, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or private dining may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Food Orders & Takeaway
- • If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
- • Refunds or replacements may be offered at the discretion of management where an issue has been verified.
- • We cannot provide refunds for:
- - Change of mind
- - Partially consumed food
- - Failure to collect takeaway orders
- - Delays caused by third-party delivery providers beyond our control
Online Payments
- • Refunds approved by Vjs Aamchi Mumbai will be processed back to the original payment method.
- • Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
